About Me

I am a learning experience designer and developer who enjoys working across the entire lifecycle of a project. From needs analysis through storyboard design and eLearning development, I create learning solutions that close knowledge gaps and result in performance and behavior changes.

As a former instructional technology coach for adults, I spent a lot of time observing and analyzing strengths and weaknesses in job performance so that I could design and develop training for those needs. I developed instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), and e-Learning that resulted in quantifiable successes. This began my path and interest in Instructional Design.

I enrolled in the Applied Instructional Design Academy to support myself in closing my knowledge gaps and building my skills around adult learning theories and authoring tools. I have spent the past year working as an instructional designer in contract and volunteer roles designing and developing eLearning experiences.
