Leadership Development: Becoming a Better Leader Job Aid

The client was planning to send out a follow up email to new managers and assistant mangers after they had completed the Rise 360 course to let them know when the ILT course would be taking place. Within this communication, the client wanted to remind the new managers and assistant managers how important it is to be an effective leader and get them thinking about what will be covered in the ILT course. I proposed a job aid that could be sent within the email and also printed out to give to the new managers and assistant managers at the ILT course. The solution was efficient because it allowed managers and assistant managers to always be reminded of best practices in a way that was relevant for their job.
